Don't really have a favorite, but I am probably partial to Imperial IPAs (Russian River Pliny the Elder, Deschutes Hop Henge, Green Flash Imperial IPA) or Imperial Russian Stouts/Porters (Stone Imperial Russian Stout, AleSmith Decadence 2007, Nogne-O Imperial Stout)!. I dig sours like Russian River Temptation and Boon Geuze Mariage Parfait too!. Other beers I am really enjoying lately is stuff from The Bruery, a pretty new brewery in Orange County that does a variety of great Belgian styles!. I also tried Hitachino Nest Real Ginger Ale recently and really dug that one!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I'm a strong follower of the micro brew movement!. Out of their many variety of beers, I prefer the India Pale Ales for the hop taste!. When I want more of a malt taste I prefer Stouts!. I also enjoy the Iambics of Belgium because of the unique flavors derived from the wild yeasts!.

For a larger company I am a follower of Samuel Adams!. Samuel Adams has encapsulated the micro brew heritage in all of their beers!.

I stay away from the average Pilsners such as Budweiser and Millers!. Too much of a watery taste!. The jury is out until I try Budweiser's Ale and I do enjoy Michelob and some of their creations!.

The point is that I enjoy the not so average beers and there are more and more companies that are getting on the ban wagon!. Sure Budweiser is good for a tailgate but micro brews offer a more discriminate taste!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Duvel, Pliny the younger/elder, blind pig, Rochefort 10 and 8, maharaja imperial ipa, stone 12th anniversary bitter chocolate oatmeal stout, Andechs dopplebock, st Bernardus 12, Westvleteren 8 and 12, la chouffe blonde and belgian ipa, Leffe, hoegaarden, franziskaner etc!.!.
