I was thinking Cabernet!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Answers:
Cabs tend to be very fruity, esp in California!. For liter cigars you can get away with vintage port, or even match it up with Tobacco nuances in a Barolo or Barbaresco!. A northern Rhone my work here too, St Joseph is good value and can have smokey meaty qualities!. Spanish Gran Reserva from Ribera del Duero or Rioja may work to, since they spend a long time in cask like scotch and vintage port!. If you are going cheaper, hit up Ruby port!. If you are smoking heavy cigars (ie cubans) you are better off with Whisky, brandy, or aged top shelf rum!. Good luck, and let me know how it works out, I will be testing this out in a few weeks with some beers as well, and will post results on my blog!. Www@FoodAQ@Com

Different cigars would go with different wines!. In my personal experience, Port goes well with a stronger full flavored cigar!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I wouldn't mix them, you wont be able to smoke it or drink it!. Soz, had to do it!. LOL! ;-)Www@FoodAQ@Com

ANy red wine will work good!. Pinet Noir is another good choiceWww@FoodAQ@Com
