Pina Colada Recipe!!?!
Ive just returned from a wonderfull trip to Rocky point, Mexico, and cant stop thinking about those delicious pina coladas, I probably had 20! Does anyone have a really good recipe!? I want to make some at a partyWww@FoodAQ@Com

coco lopez coconut cream, pineapple juice, a good quality rum, fresh pineapple chunks, splash of cream, heap of ice, and a blender!. cherries and umbrellas for garnish!.

While those are Pina Coloda recipes above, I don't think they are the recipe of the ones you usually get in Rocky Point!. I just had one within the last 48 hours and all the hotels/condos on sandy beach make them pretty much the same!. They taste more like a vanilla shake than the usual pina colada!. I really couldn't taste any pineapple if there was any but they were still one of the best I ever had!. They usually put a cherry & sprinkle something brown like cinnamon or nutmeg & sometimes whip cream!.

Malibu Coconut Rum over Pineapple Juice and a dash of Grenadine over ice in a tall slender glass!.!.!.garnish with a pineapple wedge or cocktail cherries!. Excellent with breakfast!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
