Depending on your state, distributing alcoholic beverages (as long as they are below the state-regulated legal proof limit) to friends within your own home is perfectly legal!. So, say you were to host a social function of sorts with a $20 "cover charge" and mention that this fabulous homemade wine was included in the experience!.!.!.I think you get the point!.
