Why do Chinese beers produce very little foam?!


Question: Why do Chinese beers produce very little foam!?
I noticed that all the Chinese beers, and the majority of foreign beers sold in China, produce very little quantity of foam!. And, the foam that appears when the beer is poured in glass disappears after some seconds!.Www@FoodAQ@Com


Answers:
They're based on German Lagers, which have less protein content than standard English Ales!. Proteins cause the foam!.
