Can any person have a high blood alcohol level and still maintain there ability to walk and do things?!


Question: Can any person have a high blood alcohol level and still maintain there ability to walk and do things!?
my Friend had a high content of alcohol in his system and was maintaining his ability to bring things from his van to his apt!.while doing this he made several trips and notice the lights were out at the end of the hallway !.he quit what he was doing and retired to his apt,while retiring to his apt,he noticed his wife was not there and waiting for approximate 30 minutes, he decided to go get his wife from the bar!.while exiting from his apt,not knowingly the rest of the lights were out,the lighting from the apt shone into the hallway!.when exiting,closing the door fast with a good jerk on the door it slam too!.then there was total blackness!.it was very quiet,i call out,but never got a answer!.i proceeded to put my arms out to try to touch the wall or door,but due to the stair head been only two feet away from my door, trying to touch the wall or door!.he eventually fell down the stairs!.his lawyer tells him that that there lawyer says, his case was due to his own negligent!.questions 1,why was the lighting out in the first place!.question 2,why wasn't there a railing on top of the staircase,due to being that close to the door!. his lawyer his telling him that he doesn't have a case due do being intoxcated at that time!.question 3,his blood alcohol was high,but was still maintaing his work!.,how can they justified this,question 4,does this guy have a case,when the hospital says he had a high content of alcohol,but still maintain his work !.

i think that if you drink enough very often then yes!. My boyfriend blew a !.275 (three times the legal driving limit) and he could function perfectly fine!. It depends on how often he drinks and how alcohol effects him!. I would say he could still have a case!. Good luck!. Www@FoodAQ@Com
