I sear to god this is the only mixer that i have found that mixes well with Tequila!. Squirt (either of their flavors work) It has a good acidity and is really tasty with Tequila!. I am a bartender in Arizona and it is a big crowd pleaser!. I have made this drink for years for people who don't even like tequila and they love it!. Don't take my word for it try it for yourself!. You could always get a 7up and mix some more lemon and lime and a splash of grapefruit!. this is not as desirable but works well!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

tequila usually only works good with coke if it's mixed with vodka, rum, gin, triple sec and sweet & sour mix (thus creating a "long island iced tea")

but just with coke!.!.!.naw not a good idea!.
i love tequila so that wouldn't be bad for me myself, but for somebody that isn't used to or trying it out for the first time i would say no!.

try mixing tequila in with something like sprite or ginger ale or even sierra mist!. something with a lemon or/and lime favor in it

and also pouring too much of tequila can make it strong and give off the smell of the tequila!. try not to put too much of it in there okay!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

take the margarita sour mix, and some lime juice and just ice it and cut it with a bit of water!.!. Should be easy to handle and taste pretty good!. $4 for lime juice and cheap thing of mix, tops!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

mmm if u have a girlfriend or a friend thats a girl tell her to carry it in a purse they won't check her or anything!.!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Sprite is a good alternative!. Coke & tequila NEVER!!!Www@FoodAQ@Com

that can be good but you may try this one:
mix a grape juice in gin and voila!Www@FoodAQ@Com
