Tipsy is the feeling you get after having just a bit to drink but enough to make you feel slightly drunk, but not terribly so!. It feels a bit different from person to person but common signs are: Feeling a bit warmer than usual; having a feeling of well-being and contentment; being a bit giggly; being a bit more uninhibited than usual but still basically in control!.

Tipsy is when you are a little bit drunk!. You say things you probably wouldn't say normally!. For me, my lips get numb, and that spreads to most of my face when I'm drunk!. You might not fall down or trip, but you probably don't have very good dexterity!. For example, I tried to take apart an Xbox 360 while tipsy and it took way longer than it should have!. I wouldn't reccomend using tools while tipsy!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
