My husband likes Heineken best!.!.!. and my son-in-laws like Sam Adams best!.!.!.!.!.!.Although, I used to love the steaks glazed with Guiness at Bennigan's, and you could serve Guiness to drink with them thenWww@FoodAQ@Com

This is like "what wine goes with what dishes" and the same general principles apply!. Stronger flavored beers go better with stronger flavored foods!. With a steak, I like a dark high gravity beer like a stout, porter, or Scotch ale!. With seafood, I like a bitter low gravity beer like a Pilsner!. So the best approach might be a moderately bitter, yet malty beer like a bock!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Carlsberg Gold!. Awesome beer!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
