1927 was not regarded as a benchmark year, and so you'll probably only fetch approx $1500- as most serious collectors consider it passed!.
Too bad its not 1928, which was considered until 1982 and 2005 to be the greatest Bordeaux year of all time!.
Sadly none of the vintages listed are standouts so don't expect much of a markup on what the current vintage fetches when it gets to market!.
That said it is still Petrus, forget the dollars and cents, drink up!!Www@FoodAQ@Com

Couldnt find a 27, but found 28 for about 3500!. I think it is past its prime, but you would be looking at auctioning it anyway!. '64 was around 1600-5800 listed!. 83 was 2700-5700!. These are auction wines so the price will vary!. Personally, drinking them is worth more than selling!. Hopefully your dad is on top of the 2005 vintage!. Www@FoodAQ@Com

!927 could probably get you upwards of $10k, but greatly depends on how its been stored and the quality of the bottle and cork!.
