Atleast how many liters water one should drink in a day?!

Question: Atleast how many liters water one should drink in a day!?
Answers:
at least 4 liters!. or more!. I drink at least 120 ounces a day but that's a little more than necessary!. the books say 8-8 ounce glasses of water a day amounting to 64 ounces so 64 ounces are close to 4 liters!. I don't have the ratio for changing ounces to liters!. Sorry!.!.
Hope I have helped to answer your question!. Www@FoodAQ@Com

The average adult will need to drink about 2-3 liters of water per day as drinking plenty of water is very good for keeping your kidneys working well and for your skin to also stay looking healthy!. A lot of water is actually obtained through foods so there is no need to drink entire 2 liter bottles in one go at the end of the day!. If you are exercising actively, you will want to drink a small amount every 20 minutes or so, but do not drink in HUGE amounts as this can disrupt your system and cause damage!.

Truthfully, water intake depends on the amounts of physical activity of the individual and environment they are in!. Some people who do intense physical activity in the heat with a low humidity, may require up to 7 liters in a day as water is lost in urine, sweat and respiration!. It is best to drink a glass of water last thing before you go to bed and first thing in the morning as so much water is lost during sleep!. also, a lot of the time when a person thinks that they are hungry when in fact they are thirsty!.

It is safest to drink at regular intervals keeping in mind that it is better to drink a little too much then too little!. Just as long as you don’t over do it, the more you drink the better!. Exactly how much is needed depends on age, sex, environment and amount of excise!. If you are still worried go ask you doctor for more advise!.

That depends on how much you're sweating!? Your activity determines how much you should drink!. Two liters are a lot considering you will also drink milk, soda pops, and other drinks!. Listen to your body!. It usually tells you when you need to drink!. When we would work hard on the farm, we have before drank up to two gallons of water in a day!. Too little is usually worst then too much, however!. Just use your common sense!. Your body will get rid of too much one way or the other!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

arun hi, the rule of thumb is 8 glasses of water, and I mean water glasses not shot glasses!. I base the 8 glasses on a minimum amount, it varies person to person, I have a lot more than 8 glasses per day!. It's also good for your system to be flushed out as they say!.

Happy peeing!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.
