Removed lid during 1st day of fermentation ( wine )too add water, replaced lid airlock not bubbling?!
i removed lid off fermenting barrel to add more water to my wine, i replaced the lid and airlock and the airlock is now not bubbling, has my wine stopped fermenting im worriedWww@FoodAQ@Com

Did you make this from a canned grape juice(Vitis vinifera) concentrate!. If so I understand the water!.
You just lost much of the headspace-CO2 when you opened it!. The yeast (wine yeast generally does) is respiring/fermenting slowly!. So that it is giving off a slower rate of CO2!. Once the headspace is again full of the gas it will "bubble" through the airlock!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Water!? Why!?
You might have chilled the must or (more likely) you might have not resealed the barrel completely!. Press down on the rim all around and be patient!. It may restart!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
