How do you make strawberry daiquiri with champagne?!


Question: How do you make strawberry daiquiri with champagne!?
I had one at dirty ***** resturant and it was made with champagne instead of liquor, do i was wondering how to make it like that cause it is awesome!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

blend a good mix that has puree and use that instead of rum!. They could have put a shot of that in it anyway if it had kick!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
It technically is not a daiquiri but a champagne cocktail with either a premixed strawberry daiquiri mix or strawberries/lime juice/simple syrup chilled and served straight up sans the light rum!.
