Is this label correct?!


Question: Is this label correct!?
i always buy these supermarket bread rolls but i am quite suspicious of whether the calories listed are correct!. i calculated (proteinx4)+(fatx9)+(carbx4) and it is no where near the calories listed!. did they perhaps subtract fibre!? im reli confused!. can anyone help!?

this is what the label says

ingredients: wheat flour, water, yeast, sugar, salt, nonfat milk solids, wheat gluten, aromalt flour, canola oil, soya flour, emulsifier 472e 481,471, acidity regulator 330, preservative 200, stabilizer 551, antioxidant 300, 320!. Www@FoodAQ@Com

Hi Amber, good question, I would keep that label, also the date stamped the bread was baked and the relevant numbers and email the manufacturer or bakery, and just politely ask for a clarification!. If we the consumers don't keep them aware we are watching then we are in trouble!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Something is not right!. The protein and fat alone give around 38cal!. Total carbs alone is around 120cal!. Check if that 38 is per serving or per 100g or what!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
