I used 2 each of the same yeasts on each thinking it wouldn't come to life!. But, the unmistakable carbonation proves it is working!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

There might be a bit of a musty flavor, ue to the malt being out so long!. (You'd be amazed how porous plastic is when the little microbugs set their mind to getting at all that sugar!.) But any IPA has to be a good beer!. (I hope you used enough hops - there's no such thing as too much!.)Www@FoodAQ@Com

It won't be true to type if you are brewing IPA with lager yeast but it could be good !. !. !. or bad!. To misquote an old proverb, the proof of the beer is in the drinking thereof/Www@FoodAQ@Com

Your beer stills are going to explode and liquor clouds will appear over your neighborhood and you'll be rolling the fire out on your front lawn in the middle of the night, Beerbaron!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Sounds like everything should come out OK!.!.!.as long as you kept everything sterile!. That's the problem I always have!. The flavors may be a little off, but it should be drinkable!. Www@FoodAQ@Com
