Question: Good red wine!.!.!. not too dry or bitter!?
what is a good red wine that is not too dry or bitter!.!.!.!.!.!.
a nice and smooth red wine would be great!.!.!.!.

i love red wine except for the dryness it leaves in the mouth!.!.!.!.
isn't it the tannins that dry out the mouth!?

My personal favorite: a nice red Zinfandel!.!.!.

and not that garbage that is pink and labeled as white Zinfandel, that was originally made as a mistake and remains as such!Www@FoodAQ@Com

You would probably enjoy a Pinot Noir!. It is well balanced and it is not as tanic as a Cabernet or a Zinfandel!. Try Castle Rock or McMannis if you can find them!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
