Does juice or soda dilute the alcohol in your drink?!

Question: Does juice or soda dilute the alcohol in your drink!?
i like experimenting juices and sodas with alcohol but if i mix them will it take a little punch out of the alcohol!? if i put 6 shots of vodka in a glass of orange juice would i get the same buzz as taking 6 shots straight!? plz help!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Answers:
Mixers do not "dilute" the alcohol content of your beverage!. A shot is still a shot!. The main difference you might see is that a shot taken straight up is normally consumed much faster than one including mixers!. You could experience the exact same buzz if you "downed" both in a relatively similiar time frame!.

Pretty obviously it does dilute it! Unless you see it separated like oil and water the juice and alcohol will mix and be diluted!.
And of course taking 6 shots straight will get you much drunker than alcohol in juice, since the time the alcohol is consumed in matters!.
Still, it tastes good, and it's not like you WOn't get drunk!.!.!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

no the alcohol is still there some if you mix it with fizzy drinks you can feel drunk quicker because the bubbles get into your blood stream quicker dont you think 6 shots in one drink is a bit muchWww@FoodAQ@Com

yeah it would be the same unless you put in an energy drink then you will be an awake drunkWww@FoodAQ@Com

Nope, it will retain its kick!. And the added sugar might not be so good afterwards!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

it's the same!. and sometimes the juice makes it taste worst!. Fruit punch with vodka seems betterWww@FoodAQ@Com

YES!!!! Please don't do that!. You can die from alcohol poisoning!Www@FoodAQ@Com

you'll get the same buzz plus a worse hangoverWww@FoodAQ@Com

both!.
but if i would choose!.!. i wud choose juice!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
