I am looking for a very good and smooth whiskey and I mean very smooth.?!

In general, older whiskies are smoother!. It's a big part of why you age whisky to begin with!.
The smoothest I've ever had are Johnnie Walker Blue, Midleton's Very Rare, and some 21 YO Speysiders from Scotland!. They are all very expensive!.
So, you might want something a little more realistic!. The other way to cut the burn and prickle of whisky is to finish it, which means putting it into barrels that once held other alcohol, usually wine or bourbon casks!. For this, the French Oak finishes of Macallan and Glenlivet are great examples!. The 12 FO version of Glenlivet is miles better than the standard 12!. Glemorangie now finishes it's entire <21 YO line because this has become such a popular process!.
My other recommendation is to add a tiny amount of water to your whisky before drinking it!. You can use ice, but I personally think this cuts down on the flavor quite a bit!. If you want recommendations from the USA, I'd go with Bulleit or Eagle Rare (with a good dash of water) or if you want to go further afield: Yamazaki 12!. For even more economical whisky: Makers Mark and Jim Beam Black are certainly good, Balvenie 12 YO scotch or Bushmills Black Bush!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Maker's Mark is a very smooth bourbon with little to no bite!.
McCallan 12 year Sherry Oak (NOT the other oak one) is also very smooth!.
(The sherry oak means it's matured in casks that were used to mature sherry and it imparts an extra smoothness and flavor profile to the scotch itself)
