Yeah, this happens to me every time I get drunk, the whole next day until I go to bed the next night, kind of you feel nasuated just like you want to crawl into a hole and die!. It's just the alcohol breaking down in your body, and it can take a while depending on how much you drank!. What I'd do is eat a banana and drink a few glasses of water, it seems to ease it a little bit!. Alcohol depletes your body of potassium, which bananas have a lot of, and bananas also neutralize the acid in your stomach!. Try that, and see if you feel a little better!. If not, just go to bed and sleep it off!. Good luck, I know it really sucks the day after drinking!.!. Www@FoodAQ@Com

i know you don't want to eat anything, but honestly the best thing you can do right now is eat some greasy cheeseburgers!. they absorb much of the alcohol left in your body and get rid of that sick to your stomach feeling you're having!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

you are dehydrated from all the alcohol, so ginger ale, soup, teas at first then try eating!.

You know I use to think that getting blasted was fun until my brother died of alcohol toxicity!.!.!.!.!.not joking either it can happen and I still miss him!. Www@FoodAQ@Com
