I want to duplicate the mexican restaurants blended margarita!. ( lime ) Would I be better off buying a mix and adding tequilla in a blender with ice cubes, or do the fresh lime and triple sec thing!? I want to make a pitcher of this!. Any help is appreciated!.!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

the best margaritas have fresh squeezed lime juice, triple sec, a splash of oj and sweet and sour mix!. if you buy premade it might have too much sour in it!. if this is the route you go add a little water and oj to the mix!. im a bartender so I make lots of margaritas!! Oh and dont forget the kosher salt rim!Www@FoodAQ@Com
The best margarita I've made, is semi-homemade!. I don't really like the bottle mixers, they often skew the taste a bit!. But, I tried this recipe from liquor live that uses frozen lime-ade and it's absolutely delicious!.
