People tend to have soda with their wine if they want a longer drink or maybe just prefer white wine with soda in it!. Or maybe watching how much alchohol they are drinking at a particular time!.

considering the high volume of wine you drink in one glass relative to Its alcohol content it's a pretty strong drink and it can get people drunk very easily!. Strong beer's about 5% Vol, wine is 12-15%!. Adding soda dilutes it so it's not as strong without dramatically altering the tasteWww@FoodAQ@Com
