Orange (1kg) and elderberry (300g) wine question?!
i started this wine about 2 and a half weeks ago and it has stopped bubbling already!? could someone please tell me why this could be and what i should do to sort it out!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

A little more info is needed to answer your question!. Did you test the sugar content (called the brix or specific gravity) of the must before inoculating with yeast - if so what was it and what is it now!. These two measurements would tell you if it is finished fermenting or if it is a stuck fermentation!.
What sort of yeast did you use!? Some yeast strains can ferment to a high alcohol level and some strains will be killed off at a fairly low alcohol!.
