Answers:
If she likes Merlot, I'm betting she'll also like Pinot Noir!. It's a little lighter in body, but often has good, subtle fruit nuances!. Pinot Noir is one of my favorite reds b/c it goes well with about anything--it's light enough to drink by itself, but has enough character to work with most dishes, but not an overload of character, so I often drink it with fish as I'm not big on whites!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
Perhaps she would like one of my favorites:
Alexander Valley Sin Zin (Red Zinfandel)
Luigi Righetti Amarone (Italian Red)
Chateau Larose Trintaudon (France)
Rosemount GSM (Grenache - Syrah - Mourvédre)
Montes Classic Series Malbec (Chile)
Willamette Valley Pinot Noir (Oregon)
All of these are red wines with great flavors!. I have been drinking most of these for many years!. I work for a wine distributor and they are items that I see selling very well!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Do Not get boxed wine!. Often times, it is terrible, cheap wine!. If you can find some kind of deluxe boxed wine, then by all means get it Www@FoodAQ@Com
