No it will not be possible!.
When a person dies, in a couple of hours all of their cells will die!. Thus to be able to get adaquate number of suitable cells for cloning, is highly impossible!. Besides, human cloning has not seen success yet!. And even if it happens, it'll have to take the identical genes from the dead person to make another one, even so, the formation may not be identical as genes do not anyways react the same way!.
Btw, there is no such thing as a 100% DNA match!. Not even between twins or parent and childWww@FoodAQ@Com
