Alcohol and the Fight or Flight response?!
does the Fight or Flight response even go off if someone is intoxicated!? because alcohol increases confidence, slows the brain!.!.!.but isn't the Fight or Flight response automatic!?

It would slow down because it depresses the nervous system and gives a false sense of confidence because it temporarily nuetralizes anxiety!. Depending on the persons level of intoxication it would go off very slowly, too late!. or not even at all!. Think of all the dangerous accidents/deaths that have taken place to people who've been drunk!. I

Well it depends on what fight or flight response!. Do you mean self defense!? I don't think that liquid courage is quite the same!.
I think alcohol affects all your responses!.!.!.!.and sadly it seems people are way more susceptible to getting harmed or attacked when they are intoxicated!. They are less likely to be able to care for themselves or react to situations appropriately!.
At the same time people get liquid courage because their defenses are down and they feel invincible ( if only for a short time)!.
