In general I'm not a huge fan of most Canadians, but my favorite Canadian is Forty Creek Barrel Select!.
A few other good Canadians: Pendleton 10 (technically from Oregon, but lists itself as a Canadian), Canadian Club 100 Proof 6 YO and Crown Royal SR!.
