Is it ok to drink alcohol when taking brufen 400?!

Question: Is it ok to drink alcohol when taking brufen 400!?
Answers:
Yes!. As long as you're sensible about it and don't exceed the recommended dosage of ibuprofen (400mg every 4 hours no more than 4 doses a day) and are sensible with your drinking!. (ie don't get plastered)

If you drink more than this while taking ibuprofen, the alcohol can irritate your stomach, and may increase your likelihood of experiencing side effects, such as bleeding in your stomach or intestines!.

But as long as you don't take the whole packet and a bottle of Jack you should be fine!. Hope this helped!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

More than likely nothing would happen if you did, but there is a chance the drug mixed with your body chemistry could cause something to go awry!. It's not good to mix two substances that thin the blood!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

although it might not be fatal, I would assume it's never completely safe to take any medicine or drugs with alcohol!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

No, leave it until things are ok again, if you really fancy a beer get alcohol free!.

Good luck!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
