Answers:
Actually, gin started out as vodka!. It was distilled one more time with the flavoring ingredients, which includes juniper berries!.

Gin is actually made from grains, it is just flavored with juniper berries!.

You can drink more than 4 oz of gin!. It is still a hard liquor, however!. You will get sick from drinking too much gin, because you will drink too much alcohol!. You can drink just as much gin as you can vodka, tequila, rum, whisky!. Www@FoodAQ@Com

Basically vodka and gin are the same thing except gin is flavored with juniper berries!. I know I'll get in trouble with the people who really like premium vodka but other than the juniper berries there is no major difference!. Some people claim gin leads to nastier hangovers but I'd take that with a grain of salt!.

It easier for some people to get sick if they mix different types of alcoholic beverages!. Mixing the two seems silly to me but it's no more dangerous than drinking the two separately!.

The juniper berries in gin will not hurt you, the most harmful thing in gin is the alcohol!. 3-4 ounces of gin should be enough to make you drunk but there is no additional danger because it is gin!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

You can mix vodka and gin all day long!. Gin's main flavor is Juniper Berries, which in the victorian ages was considered a remedy for sickness ( which is somewhat true, but not noticeable )!.

Both are made from potatos and then distilled!. The main difference is vodka tends to be distilled as is while gin has juniper berries infused into the mix among other ingredients!. Bombay Saphire for example uses vapor infusion to add gentle flavors of over 10 herbs, spices and extracts!.

Of course drinking too much of any alcohol is not good for you, any hard liquor is as bad as another!. Just drink responsibly!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

the taste is funny but you should be fine!. I've always just gone with that if you mix liquors you are OK, but not beers!. And don't forget the eternal rule: Liquor before Beer, you are in the Clear, Beer before Liquor will make you sicker!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

its safe

gin is essentially vodka flavored with juniper berries!.
completely harmless

3~4 oz of gin could be about 2~3 drinks!. I think people have survived 2~3 martinis!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

NONE OF IT IS TRUE!.!.!.GIN IS FLAVORED WITH JUNIPER BERRIES!.!.!.ITS STILL JUST GRAIN ALCOHOL!.!.!.!.BUT I WILL TELL YOU THIS!.!.IT WILL TASTE TERRIBLE!.IF MIXED!.!.BEST IF THEY ARE NOT Www@FoodAQ@Com
