My girlfriend got an MIP last night and want some opinions?!
My girlfriend got an MIP last night!. The situation was her and 4 friends were going to a party but had not yet been drinking the cop pulled them over because one of the girls poured out a coke because she didnt want it!. The cop assumed it was alcohol!.!.this all happened in a parking lot!.!.!.the vop made them get out and searched the car and gave breathalizers they all blew 0's but the cops found two fifths of alcohol and each girl got nailed with an MIP one of the girls didnt even know alcohol was in the car!. Is that the correct punishment for each girl!? If so how long does it take to get an MIP cleared off records she is 17 and will be 18 in july!.!.!.I am from MichiganWww@FoodAQ@Com

strangely i also got an mip last night and also 17 going on 18!. there is an alcohol adversion program that will completely esponge her record but it costs 325 buckaroos!. and the driver should have claimed the alcohol so that she would have solo been charged with but now theres no changing thatWww@FoodAQ@Com
