No it's not legal!. You can make beer or wine for personal use, but I believe what you make has to be under 10 percent alcohol!. For anything stronger (brandy, whiskey, moonshine, etc) you would need a distillers license!. At least that's the law in the USA!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
