Fermentation after 2 days?!

Question: Fermentation after 2 days!?
I'm attempting to make hard cider using active bread yeast, since that was all I had available atm!. I've read that most of the alcohol is produced after 1-3 days!.!.!. But is that true for my situation!? I'm not aiming for taste, just something that will get me hammered!. I even added half a pound of sugar to yield more alcohol by volume!.!.

I have a gallon of it BTW!Www@FoodAQ@Com

I'm glad you're not aiming for taste because there is no way you are going to get it!. You're not going to get much alcohol either Next time, wait until you can get champagne yeast!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

oh don′t use a bread yeast try to get a wine yeast that′s better for the optimized alcohol production in the finished cider!. the cider is finished if you see no more co2 bubbles!.

the temp!. is best at 20° C

I hope u understand what i mean my english is not so good because i′am from germanyWww@FoodAQ@Com

without using actual yeast aimed at making alcohol, it may take longer to get started!. I would suggest waiting a week, if it doesn't start, likely the yeast wasn't activated/good!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
