I've found beer brewed by smaller breweries and more expensive beers taste bad the next day!. Bigger brewers/cheaper beer's carbonation lasts over night and the taste isn't really affected (which makes me wonder what its made of) !.!. that's not including light beers- those taste watery just after opening them!.
I always keep a large capped beer around in the fridge(i!.e "40oz") if I don't think I can finish another one, but just don't want to stop for the night!. They will do OK for a few days!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Have you realized that the very last part in the can is always terrible!? If you got to that point or near that don't bother to put it to the fridge because it won't be any better later!.!. :)Www@FoodAQ@Com
