By now that wine has turned to vinegar!.You can mix it with some olive oil,basil and garlic for a salad dressing!.
You can make a marinade for beef or chicken,adding olive oil,some dried or fresh spices,garlic,sliced white onion!.Marinate over night and grill or broil the meat,finishing with drizziling it with the pan juices!.
