Question: Can Children (like around 12) drink non-alcoholic beer!?
Im 11 turning 12 IN januaray!. Is it bad if I drink non alchololic beer with parental permission!? Could I get drunk!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

Answers:
ive always understood that in your own home and with parental consent and supervision you can drink anyway, but you cant go out and buy non alcoholic beer, as it still has alcohol in it(usually less than !.05%)!. bottomline, youre not getting drunk off of it, and theres no reason for a 12 year old to be looking to get drunk, there are better things you could be doingWww@FoodAQ@Com

The question is why would you want to!? It really isn't the best tasting beverage!. Beer is more of an acquired taste, except for maybe higher end beers that have a lot of flavor, and i don't think they make those non-alcoholic!.

As far as whether it is legal/safe, there is no problem with it!. Www@FoodAQ@Com

Ahhh!.!.!.!. becoming a man! I didn't begin my alcoholic binge towards complete self-destruction until I was 14, personally!.

You're a young man, and it's only natural to crave the sweet, sweet nectar of the gods known as beer!. And being 12, I think non-alchy beer would be a great start, since you'll probably be a full blown alcoholic by the time your 16 anyway!.

Besides!.!.!.!. all the cool kids are doing it ;)Www@FoodAQ@Com

yes it is okay!.
Non-alcoholic beer typically has less than !.05% alcohol, so you would never get drunk from it!.
but keep in mind, there are between 99 and 148 calories in a pint of beer!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I remember my grandfather buying me non-alcoholic beer whenever we went to the renaissance fair growing up!. It was fun, and I guess I acquired my taste for beer then!.!.!.!.!.ah memories!Www@FoodAQ@Com

i dont see why not, if it doesnt have alcohol in it then you cant get drunkWww@FoodAQ@Com
