Question: How are Gas station cigars different from real cigars!?
thank youWww@FoodAQ@Com

Answers:
"Gas station" cigars are generally small ringed, machine made and rolled with short filler tobacco that is domestically grown!. The wrapper is usually homogenized tobacco sheet!. They are also made in the U!.S!. Propylene glycol is added to the filler so that humidification is not required!.

Premium, or 'real' cigars, are handrolled with either long leaf or mixed filler tobacco!. The binder and wrapper are natural leaf!. With the exception of a few brands, the majority are made overseas!.

As to the poster who stated that the 'best are from Cuba', that is not correct!. They are not any better than cigars from Honduras, Nicaragua or the Dominican Republic, just different!. also, the mystique of the 'Forbidden Fruit' makes many say they are the best!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Real, or the best, cigars are typically from Cuba!. As you may or may not know, US trade with Cuba is restricted, as is travel by US citizens to this Island nation!. Considering the trade that the US does with China, Russia and Vietnam it doesn't make sense why the US populace cannot enjoy a good cuban cigar!. (I'll be the politicians do!)Www@FoodAQ@Com

the quality in which they are produced and the quality of the tobacco is much lower in gas station cigars such as white owls, black & milds etc!. than in cigars you would purchase from a humidor such as a cohibaWww@FoodAQ@Com
