The label is using temperature sensitive ink that is contained in tiny microcapsules!. Temperature changes the nature of the crystals suspended in these labels and when they reach specific temperatures their physical properties change, which affects how light reflects and the resulting color you see!.

They probably put something on it to make this happen!. Probably a color changing ink of some kind!. Either that or the label changes color if it gets wet due to condensation!. Www@FoodAQ@Com
