Is there any way to slow down bread yeast activity?!
I'm making Hard Cider but I really don't have any time to go get wine yeast so I'm using bread yeast!. I know that there is a chance of it tasting bad, but I'm a poor college student so taste doesn't bother me as long as there's alcohol in it :D
I know that if there is no way to slow the activity down I'll have to watch it closely otherwise it will go sour quickly!.!.!.

Cooling it in the refigerator or freezer will slow down the bread yeast!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
