Haha, well my sister is 21 and I am a few years on the younger side, but she had some of her friends over at our house when my parents were gone and they started to play drinking games so I just joined in, maybe if you have some buddies come over and just chill while your brother is there and start drinking around him then he will get more comfortable with drinking around/ with you!. lol!.!.!. good luck, drinking with siblings rocks, lol!.
