Smokers i need your help ?!
so basically im 19!. and i never thought i would smoke but now every time i walk past someone who is smoking or smells like smoke i want a cigarette!. and now its getting to be an all the time thing and i get headaches if i dont go outside on break where everyone smokes!. so im thinking about just trying it What are the best cigarettes!? i think all of my friends have menthol ones but different brands and stuff what do you think is best!? i've denied them all so many times that i'd feel stupid to ask for one lol so i'll just get my own and if i cant do it then i'll just give them awayWww@FoodAQ@Com

Please, as a smoker,I'm telling you, DON'T start!. It will be one of the most addicting, life-consuming, hard-to-quit-habits you will ever experience!. I have started, quit, started again, quit again, just to start once again and it is soooo not worth it!. I am disappointed in myself for ever choosing to smoke, and praying that my daughters won't ever start!. I don't smoke in my home or car, but the effects of seeing someone dying of lung cancer (I am a hospice nurse--how ironic) are lasting and very sad!.

Please PLEASE don't give in to your cravings!. I started smoking when I was 15 just to "try" it!.!.!.!.I'm 23 now and I am still a smoker!. I tried quitting awhile ago and did good for 3 weeks but back at it again!.
The reason why it's SO hard to quit smoking is because you love it so much but you hate it at the same time!. I know I need to quit but I love it so much!.

As a smoker I know that there are too many of us as there is!. The best brand to smoke would be none!. I wish that I had never started and will not be blamed for someone else picking up this horrible habit!. I'm slowly dieing and the sad part is I'm killing myself!.
