I drank way too much Vodka.. What's best to get rid of the hangover?!
So yesterday was my best friends 29th birthday, damn he's old!.!.
And we decided to drink something other then beer for once, so I bought a bottle of decent vodka (not the real cheap crap)!.!.
We did NOT drink it straight!.!. we mixed it with like fruit soda or whatever!. And yes, we drank too much!.
I woke up this morning with a killer hangover and vomited all over my floor next to my bed and on the way to the bathroom!.
And then I threw up all over the bathroom!.!. TWICE!.
It's 4:30pm now and I still feel like I did when I first woke up at 10am!.
What to do!?!?!?

When I've had too much to drink, I drink V8 (regular flavored!.)

The reason hang-overs occur is dehydration, alcohol withdrawels your body experiences after drinking, and also (lack of) electrolytes, {{Gatorade also works}} that your body needs to keep you balanced!. If you need something in your stomach after you get sick, try plain toast or soda crackers!. It may help absorb stomach acid produced by vomit and residual alcohol in your stomach!. Lots of water (slowly - too much at once and it'll just come right back up); some protein (a little cheese or maybe some scrambled eggs); and get some B vitamins in your system (tomato juice is one of the best)!. Go slow and easy with all of these; your body's rather unbalanced at the moment and won't handle too much, too fast!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
Drink lots of water, use the bathroom often!. And try to sleep it off!. Kind of too late for eating- you'll just throw up again!. Once your stomach is empty you'll be starving! Have a nice greasy meal like chicken and french fries once your appetite comes back!. I wish I was there last night! Feel better!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

but in the future, drink as much water as you do alcohol!. hangovers are caused from being extremely dehydrated!. You can also eat bread-y type foods!. (i ate cake and it seemed to work) Www@FoodAQ@Com

vitamin water or gatorade will make you feel much better!. also i know you dont feel like it, but eating something will help too!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
Drink lots and lots of WATER!! this will help your body cope with the extreme dehydration that alcohol causes!. This will help, but really the only thing that cures a hangover is time!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
