Answers:
First of all you must realize that this will not be cheap, you will have to get a new tap (coupler) for the Guinness keg, then you need a stout conversion to pour out of!. The standard one will not work the way it needs to!. Third, you need a specific blend of gases to pour the beer!. I believe it is mostly nitrogen and a few other gases!. You must have a nitrogen tank (not CO2) and it must have a nitrogen regulator!. Or you could just buy the kit for $1900 plus shipping!.!.!.!.
Look around the internet!. But you have to do this if you want to enjoy it correctly, trust me, I have had it pour wrong out of a home keg!. It was awful, should have been illegal!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

A glass and a can or bottle of Guinness!. Start out pouring down the side and then pour some straight into the middle until you get the right amount of head!. Most cans and bottles come with a bubbler thingy to aerate the beer!. If you're fortunate enough to have a kegerator you may need a bubbler tap!. If you're trying to do black and tans or dark side of the moon pour the guinness over a spoon after you've poured your lager beer or wheat ale in the the bottom first!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Here is the truth!. If you get a kegorator, you will need the following: You will not use CO2 for Guinness!. You have to get a nitrogen/co2 mix tank!. You will have to call around to gas supply places to find one that will do it!. You will also need a nitrogen tap!. Available at williamsbrewing!.com!. This will be exactly how a real Guinness pour is done!.
FYI-I would recommend building a kegorator, rather than buying one!. The premade ones are not of the best quality, and you can build one that dispenses 2 different beers for not much more!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

the black and tan takes practice, the spoon must get bent into a "v" to lay on the edge of the glass, then the head of the spoon must be bent to an "L" with the hump side up!. pour slow and even on spoon, with little distance between the tan portion, its fun to practice!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Buy a pint size glass at the liquor store!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
