I think it depends where you live, each place does it differently!.
Just last year or so they implemented a "curfew" in my city!. Anyone under 21 was not allowed in a bar after 9 o'clock!. Before I don't think it really mattered how old you were, as long as you weren't drinking!.
If you're hanging out with an older crowd you could always just say to the bartender: "I'm the DD [designated driver]" and just ask for a soda or juice or something!. Some places are pretty cool with that!.
Or try going to a restaurant/bar!. There should be no problems with that!. Www@FoodAQ@Com

I highly doubt it!. Even if you went with your parents, you might not get in!. Granted, some bars also offer food, so if that's the case, you might be able to go!. Your best bet would be to contact them and ask if you can go in to shoot pool or watch a game on the tube!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Some bars have an 18 plus rule, but also some are laid back and don't care!. Those are usually the one's with pool tables and things though!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
