My father has been experimenting with eggnog for years!. Now he makes it from scratch and even in flavors (banana, raspberry, etc!.)
Since he's moved I've learned to imitate his!. However, I use canned egg nog!. I add Myers Rum, Wray and Nephew, and a little Brandy!. I know it sound like much, but you use small amounts of each!. finish it off with some vanilla and cinnamon and serve it cold!. During the holidays serve it with gingerbread cookies!. mmmmmm! Once yu add the liquor, you won't really be able to tell the difference in the light!. Www@FoodAQ@Com
