I'm making homemade wine using yeast, sugar, water, juice concentrate, stored in a jug with a balloon on top!.!. Right now its been about 10 days since it started fermenting and I'm still seeing alot of bubbles rising to the surface!. How long should I wait before I siphon and drink!? What do I do now!? Every website seems to have a different answer!.!.!.!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Answers:
You need to siphon it off the sediment and let it finish fermenting!. All that sludge is going to ruin your wine!.

The fermentation should be complete in six or ten months!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

That is not wine! It is prepubescent-prison style hooch!. Give it up until you are old enough to understand what wine truly is and how to make it!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
