Answers:
Whiskey doesn't AGE like wine does!. After being opened, it will begin to oxidize and the flavor will change!. It takes a while!. It doesn't necessarily go bad, it just loses it's peak flavor!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

It will not be bad but over time (most quality spirits will be fine for up to two years) it will start to lose taste and of course evaporate a bit

The best thing to do is smell it and then give it a taste!.!.!.!.!.

absolutely - to avoid the long, chemistry-rich explanation, it has to do with fermentation!. while it probably will not do any harm to drink it, i cant expect that it would taste any good!.!.!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
