I'm making Homemade wine help?!
I'm making some homemade wine and I'm wondering what to do next!. Its fermenting right now and its about to the point where it stops bubbling!. Do I siphon it now to start a secondary fermintation or is ready to drink!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

wait until it is done bubbling, or barely bubbling, then rack it!. this leaves behind the inactive yeast which inhibits the active yeast!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
Didn't you get some directions before you started!? No, don't drink it now!. Once it has finished the first fermenting in the carboy, you can do secondary fermenting or filter and bottle it!. Www@FoodAQ@Com
