that depends on how you use it!. if you apply it to the skin in place of rubbing alcohol, it has the same affect, if you drink it, there are a lot of affects, but I don't think you can get away with calling it medicine that way!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
Vodka can be a medicine!. People use it to flush out bad liquids in the stomach!. It's safe but only in small doses!. We don't want anyone getting drunk around here!. haha!.!. :))
