Which is worse for you: cigars or cigarettes?!

Question: Which is worse for you: cigars or cigarettes!?
Answers:
It's cigarettes!. They are directly inhaled delivering high concentrations of carcinogens (cancer causing agents) directly to the lung!. They also have chemical additives which also increase risk factors to cigarette smoking!. Filters on cigarettes provide LITTLE protection to the lungs and give smokers a false sense of security!.

Cigars have more tobacco and more nicotine in them, they do not however deliver as many toxins as cigarettes precisely because they are not inhaled!. Though there is are health risks with all tobacco products, cigarettes have always been and always will be the more dangerous and more addictive!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Depends on what you're doing!.

The way both are used, cigarettes are worse for you!. But if you were to smoke cigars like people smoke cigars (smoking multiple cigars, inhaling and holding the smoke in the lungs, etc), the cigars would be worse!.

And cigars have risks that are not as strong as with cigarettes, most notably cancers of the lips, tongue, mouth and throat because the smoke is held in the mouth rather than the lungs!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

technically cigars have more toxins, but they are not as bad for you because cigars you are technically not supposed to inhale the smoke into your lungs while cigarettes you do!. So more toxins are getting into your blood stream!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Probably cigars because they dont have the cotton tip to absorb some of the poisonsWww@FoodAQ@Com
