Get C!.J!.J!. Berry's book First Steps in Winemaking!. The instructions are clear and simple, the ingredients are fairly cheap, and you are not likely to foul things up!. However, "quick" is not likely, unless you consider a month or two as "quick"!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
There's no such thing as a "quick" wine!. Be prepared to spend months on the process!. However, you could buy a gallon of unpasteurized apple cider, toss a pinch of yeast and sugar in and let it sit!.
