well a normal glass of water is 8 oz
your recommended amount of daily water intake is eight 8 oz glasses of water!.
so if you look at the oz amount on the bottle, usually they are 12 oz!. so you would drink about 5 and 1/2 bottles!.!.!.
the water i drink is smart water and the bottle is huge, its 50!.7 oz!.!.!.!.!. so i would drink that plus a little more than a 12 oz bottle of water for my water intake!.!.!.

When health pros are telling you to drink 8 glasses of water a day they mean 8 8oz glasses or 64 oz a day!. Water bottles are at least 16 to 24 oz!. some are 32oz!. Check your lablel and subtract that number from 64oz to see how much more you should drink!. Www@FoodAQ@Com
